When it comes to shopping for medical cannabis, Ohio patients have a new option at Wyld Skye dispensary in Toledo since they opened at 3534 Dorr St in May. With competitively low prices, a wide variety of products, and a convenient drive thru, Wyld Skye staff welcomes the Lucas and Wood County communities to their new store to show them the benefits to getting their Ohio medical cannabis card.

Wyld Skye: Bringing Patients Back to Ohio
Wyld Skye comes from the same family of companies as Michigan’s Joyology. They also operate Pure Iconic in Oxford, Ohio. Situated less than 20 minutes from the Michigan border where cannabis is legal for all adults, Toledo’s Wyld Skye wants to bring Ohioans who travel to shop there back home. General Manager Taeya Sherman hopes that those who have been traveling to purchase their cannabis across the state line won’t need to do that anymore, citing very competitive prices and a convenient drive thru at Wyld Skye.
Sherman also notes that with Ohio being a medical program, the budtenders are armed with a wealth of knowledge about using cannabis as medicine for a variety of conditions. “A trip to Michigan isn’t always needed because you’ll get more compassion and care here with us,” she says.

Wyld Sky Dispensary in Toledo has a Drive thru
Wyld Skye was one of only a handful of Ohio dispensaries and is presently the only drive-thru for medical cannabis patients in Lucas County. Patients can utilize the drive-thru on their second visit; on their first visit they need to come inside and register. Patients who do choose to come in to purchase their cannabis will find ample parking and comfortable seating inside.

Payment Options at Wyld Skye
Visitors to Wyld Skye may also pay with cash or debit card. The debit card does not have an additional fee because it’s powered through Dutchie. An ATM is available onsite as well.
Building into the Toledo Community
Wyld Skye is committed to giving back to the community through support of local initiatives and organizations. They strive to educate patients about the benefits of medical marijuana while making an impact in their community.
A new cannabis studies program starts this fall at the University of Toledo and having Wyld Skye nearby will give students an opportunity to see a real dispensary and learn how it operates, Sherman noted.
