On April 2 from 7 to 11 p.m., Medicate OH will host our first Community Jam at Queen City Hemp. We’re bringing together some of Ohio’s cannabis community for a one-of-a-kind event.
The Community Jam will take place just 10 minutes from the Ohio Marijuana Expo, to be held at the Sharonville Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. that day. More than 3,000 industry veterans and cannabis curious will gather during the day for the expo. MedicateOH will be there presenting on “Cannabis in the Community” and chatting with patients about our non-profit’s work. Visit our booth and meet our team to learn about the journalism, advocacy and events we produce throughout the year.

At the Community Jam, guests will get the chance to take a peak inside Queen City Hemp’s state-of-the-art facility and network with members of the cannabis industry. Daizie’s Dillas food truck will be on site for the munchies, and attendees will have the chance to sample products from Queen City Hemp.
Learn more about Ohio’s cannabis program at the event from sponsors Klutch Cannabis & Kiva Confections and additional supporters Dutchie. Event sponsor Spendr (now in Beta mode in Ohio) will be on hand to get new users signed up for the first ever cannabis payments & rewards app. Participants can also learn more about the non-profit organizations MedicateOH and WomenCann, get CBD massages from Holistic Hammock LLC, and shop threads, jewelry and other great items from Harmony Hems and Prismatic Projectz.
Around 9 p.m., psychedelic, progressive, funk-driven jam band Strange Mechanics takes the stage for an exclusive live recording.
